Clayton Luke has practiced as a commercial litigator for the last 20 years since graduating LLB from Auckland University and Master of Laws from San Diego University.  Over this time Clayton has worked successfully in matters involving multi million dollar transactions, as senior counsel in High Court trials and for and opposing some of New Zealand's most sucessful business people and companies.  As a solicitor and then barrister sole since 2004 Clayton has been involved in settlement negotiations representing parties.

 

Principal areas of practice have been in commercial property disputes, companies management and shareholder disputes, and trusts litigation.
